Brighton Curry is family run business which our chef
Gouranga, who has worked in this industry for more
then 25 years. Our team has worked mostly in the
Hilton and Holiday Inn which enables us to give the
very best standard in customer service.
We visited and tasted all over India to select a menu
that gives an authentic taste of the various regions.
We are in this industry from last 35 years and our chef
and front of house staff are degree holders from
reputed catering colleges. We have participated in
various competitions and been awarded as best chef.
